Ralph E. Taylor

Taylor, Ralph E. – 60, of Parrsboro, Cumberland County passed away suddenly
on Sunday, March 21, 2004 at home. Born in Parrsboro, he was the son of the
late Carl and Elsie (Phinney) Taylor. He was a carpenter, and enjoyed
planting trees and harvesting blueberries. He is survived by his wife, the
former Loretta Henwood; daughter, Vicky Brown (Jessie Ruddick), Amherst;
Crystal (John Mills), Maccan; a son, Terry (Lisa), Halifax; a sister,
Beatrice Durant, Parrsboro; brothers, Lawrence (Violet), North Sydney; Allan
(Shane); Gary (Tammy), all of Parrsboro; Cleveland, West Brook; 5
grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Jean; brothers, Roland,
Robert, Veerland, Gerald, Fred. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Smith's
Funeral Home, Parrsboro, where funeral will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Rev.
Mark Pretty officiating. Burial in St. George's Anglican Cemetery,
Parrsboro. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation
of Nova Scotia or to a charity of choice.
