Lewis, Smith Blair “Timmy” - 58, of Five Islands,
Colchester County passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at the QEII Health
Sciences Centre (Infirmary), Halifax. Born in Lower Five Islands, he was a son
of the late Smith I. and Maude (Brown) Lewis. He is survived by his former wife,
Eileen Allen, Five Islands; daughters, Penny Lewis (Darren Parker), Five
Islands; Roxanne Starr (Ricky), Edmonton, Alta.; sisters, Gwen Lewis, Lower Five
Islands; Myrna Lewis, Parrsboro; Betty Walton, Lower Five Islands; Ida Terrio
(Eric), Amherst; Ann Goodwin (Dave), Tabor, Alta.; brothers, Cecil (Pat), Lower
Five Islands; Garth (Carol), Springhill; Myles (Dawn), Springhill; Veryle
(Joyce), Lower Five Islands; 2 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was
predeceased by a sister, Glenda; a brother, Dwight; sister-in-law, Diane Volans;
brother-in-law, Wyman Walton. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday,
March 22, 2007 at the Peniel United Church, Five Islands, Rev. Florence
Antle-Brison officiating. Burial in the Lower Five Islands Cemetery. Memorial
donations may be made to a charity of choice.
