MOORE, WILLIAM E. - 71, of Parrsboro, Cumberland Co. passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan. Born in River Hebert, he was a son of the late Frederick and Mae (Peck) Moore. Bill spent 20 years serving with the Canadian Armed Forces retiring in 1976. His favorite spot was to spend time at his camp. He enjoyed playing his piano and making people laugh. Most of all, he loved his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, the former Joyce Legere; a daughter, Angela Moore-Emery (James), Penetanguishene, Ont.; sons, Chris (Allana), Milford; Thomas, Freiburg, Germany; Tommy Brown, Truro; brothers, Fred and Clayton, both of Windsor, Ont.; two grandsons, Jagger and Jeremy. Cremation has taken place. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
