Esther M. DeVille
1949 - 2017
DeVille, Esther M. – Age 68, of Halfway River passed away peacefully on
Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the South Cumberland Community Care Centre,
Parrsboro surrounded by family. Born in Parrsboro, she was a daughter of the
late Basil and Elizabeth ‘Betty’ (Young) Winters. She is survived by her
husband, Ralph; a son, Mark (Jocelynne), Edson, Alta.; a granddaughter, Maya;
niece, Faye Jeffrey (Shawn), Daphne, Alabama. A celebration of Esther’s life
service will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Smith’s Funeral
Home, Parrsboro, Rev. Susan Gamblin officiating. A reception will follow at St.
George’s Hall, Parrsboro. Memorial donations may be made to the South Cumberland
Community Care Centre Foundation, Parrsboro.
