Yorke, Anna J. – Age 85, of Parrsboro passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at the South Cumberland Community Care Centre, Parrsboro. Born in Parrsboro, she was a daughter of the late Cecil and Jessie (Crossman) Smith. She is survived by her companion of 31 years, Charles Bourgeois and his two sons, Jeffrey and Todd; daughter, Nancy Quinn (Frank), Parrsboro; a son, James Yorke (Joanne), Morrisdale, N.B.; sisters, June Fulmore (Allison), Dartmouth; Alva Rooney (Ernest), Hantsport; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Osmond; her brother, William. Funeral service Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at St. George’s Anglican Church, Parrsboro, the Rev. Dr. Brian Spence officiating. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the South Cumberland Community Care Centre Foundation.
