Howe, Kathleen R. – Age 91, of Parrsboro passed away peacefully on Friday, February 4, 2022 at home. Born at Swansea, Wales, she was a daughter of the late James and Mary (Holloway) Jones. She is survived by her beloved husband, David; her children, Colin Reynolds (Sharon), Wales; Jeffrey Reynolds (Janet), Wales, Aisha Reynolds, Jordan; Susan O’Reilly (Dai), Wales; Caroline Moore (Steve), Halifax; a sister, Geraldine Haley, Wales; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sisters, Irene, Elizabeth; brothers, Tommy, Dennis. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 2pm at St. George's Anglican Church, Parrsboro, Rev. Dr. Brian Spence officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Reception to follow at the St. George's Hall, Parrsboro. In consideration of all in attendance, the family respectfully request that social distancing be maintained and masks be worn during the funeral service, graveside service and reception whenever possible. Memorial donations may be made to St. George’s Anglican Church, Parrsboro, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB Foundation) or the Cumberland Branch of the Victorian Order of Nurses.
