1935 - 2022
Brown, Lewis M. - Age 86, of Parrsboro passed away peacefully
on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper
Nappan. Born in Parrsboro, he was the son of the late Murrray and Anna (Lamb)
Brown. Lewis is survived by a daughter, Susan Robinson (Todd), Middle Sackville;
a son, Steven (Kitty), Parrsboro; sister, Lois Robarts (James), Advocate
Harbour; granddaughters, Kathlene and Melissa Robinson, Middle Sackville; a
step-grandson, Andrew Palmer, Oromocto, NB; brother-in-law, Bruce Henwood;
several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Shirley in 2019; and
a sister, Sylvia (Pettis) in 2020. Visitation 2- 4, 7-9pm on Wednesday,
August 17, 2022 at Smith’s Funeral Home, Parrsboro. Funeral 2pm on Thursday,
August 18, 2022 at St. George’s Anglican Church, Parrsboro, Archdeacon Glen
Eason officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Reception to follow in the
church hall. Memorial donations in Lewis’ memory to the Parrsboro Lions
Club, the South Cumberland Community Care Center Foundation, or to the Parrsboro
Food Bank.
